How do I return the product?
Complete, with all accessories, protective caps, storage bag and manual, preferably in the original packaging inside a sturdy box. Do not stick the return label on the original packaging.
Who pays for the return?
Return shipping costs are at your expense. If we delivered a wrong or defective product, we will reimburse them.
I want to exchange it for something else.
Withdraw your order and place a new one. That is the fastest way to get what you need.
My product is broken or wrong.
Please do not use this form, but contact us directly. Our warranty applies to defects.
When will I get my money back?
No later than 14 days after your notice. We may wait until we have received the product or until you show that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
